Job Description for Ryba's Bike Rentals

Ryba's Bike Rental has 395 bicycles that are rented out to tourists at three strategic locations in downtown Mackinac Island.

It is outdoor work that involves close contact with customers, so a cheerful, friendly disposition is a must. Knowledge of basic math is necessary. Bike clerk/runners duties are to fill out rental forms, take deposits and returns and give change to customers. They bring the bikes to renters, explain the features of the bikes, give safety instructions and keep the bikes clean and shiny.

Housing Information

Ryba's Bike Rental has employee housing available for rent on Mackinac Island. Boarding is dormitory style, co-ed. Bathrooms are shared.
